You should check out the Brazil LP of Chronologie. It has Chrono 1-4 on side A, Chrono 5-8 on side B :-D

Korean LP

Sure, of course now I hear it in the German one as well, but when I listened to the Korean LP version for the first time, I did wonder why did the track sound so different all of a sudden. :]
Totally agree. It's as clearest the first 5 sec.
I also think that god forsaken ringing sound is less sharp on the Korean.
I hate such sounds. It is calling back the old tinnitus again. :punch:

A seemingly unopened Kraftwerk - The Mix (original German LP from 1991). The vinyl surfaces did have some smudges and marks on it, which might be the result of 26+ years in paper sleeves (put them in rice paper ones almost right away), or it's been opened at some point and then re-shrinkwrapped.

But regardless, the sound quality is almost perfect. And yet, it's not that different from the 2009 Der Katalog version (which definitely has more bass, though).

Agreed. I really hate the Ortofon 2M Red though. ;)
I switched back to my old Grado Gold and the pieces fell in place again. I'm aming for Ortofon 2M Bronze in the near future.
