I know I mentioned this in another post but I think it deserves it's own place. thought there was some mention about Jarre releasing some rarities on a post a while back. Some sort of boxset. Here is what I found on the internet:

**********************************************************

On April 2nd 2005 Jarre was at Frederiksberg Centeret in Denmark for a signing session. I also had the opportunity to ask Jarre a question: will he release the boxset with "Deserted Palace/AOR/Happiness is a Sad Song". He answered that he will be releasing the boxset next year as a special boxset only available on the Internet.

**********************************************************

What do you think?

Jean Michel would like to do many things. Warner would not. :?

Well, never count too much on such things, I'd say. Not that JM is unreliable, but artists in general often just say they'll release it like that... :)

I hope it will be released! I've always wanted his early stuff on CD!

Like Bj, it would be great if he rereleased all his early works in a boxed set. I'd buy it straight away.

Look it to "Printemps de Bourges 2002". This was only available on iTunes. But a release is a release! Maybe Older concerts/material comming out via this way...

Well, if iTunes, then probably he'll release these 'sweets' separately. I think they'll be for download not as a new album but as single files for, let's say, $0.99 each. For example:
AOR Jaune $0.99
Crazy Sunday $0.99
Of course there may be different prices (it may depend on track length or sth).

Regards,
Mike

Hopefully a release which is not only available on Itunes. MP3s downloaded from such internetshops is not a collecters item.

Actually I don't care about the package. A release of early works of JMJ would be cool in every package!!! 8)
