I guess in addition to using text from COTM, the CDs themselves use some custom-made edit of the concerts since PLD for one seems to have the VHS version of Rendez-Vous 2 and a heavily truncated Calypso (Encore).

Nice, the full set of those bootleg books (Houston included) is on sale again. ;)

I just bought that Christmas package. It's hilarious. The thing is a big christmas card with a CD enclosed in it. The music is a continuous mix of JMJ tracks with various christmas-sounding effects (slay bells, tubular bells that play the melody of Vintage for example, a "Ho-ho-ho"-sample here and there).

The packaging is quite good. It's made by the guy who makes all those CD+book bootlegs.
