The tagline reads
"Attend to a ultra private VIP concert with Jean Michel Jarre". So a private VIP concert would be JMJ and a few guests. So a 'ultra' private VIP concert is when only Jean Michel turns up and no one else

I guess "Metro" is a free newspaper like the Belgian "Metro". "ClubMetro" is a part of it I guess...

I think Club Metro is the (French?) club of readers of the Metro newspaper, not a nightclub.
