it is a difference between "internet connection" (what you're paying for) and "connection speed" (what you're getting). I personally have a 5Mbps connection, but the latest speedtest (to be performed at www.speedtest.ch ) showed me 7.89Mbps.....

i have 2048/512 connection ( 2M ).. so pure, is about 200/210k download and 50/52k upload

and i pay for the half of that...
