Cool!!!So Jarre still has all his analog gear...

I'm wondering if Jarre DOES read the forums......I remember distinctly a long time ago, that I said it would be awesome for Jarre to perform a special one off with all his original analog synths and perform Oxygene, with a Kind of info session talking about the recording etc

Either there's some kind of telepathy going on between Jarre and my thoughts or he reads the forums

In fact Francis Rimbert opted for the idea during the concert in the sahara last year.

Isn't it an obvious idea for a 30th celebration of Oxygene? :P

It's not as if he will only be using the old gear from now on! :punch:

Last time he did use this stuff (around the time of Oxygene 7-13), Patrick P. had a hard and long job repairing all those old machines. All that pain for only one occasion? Unlikely.

How I read what Gee is saying: In Morocco, December 2006, Francis told JMJ how a performance like this would be a nice idea.

It was his idea, as far as I know.

How can you see that they are modified, except for judging by the facts we have got earlier?
