(Thanks to S.O.F for the heads up on this)

It would appear that this one slipped through the net. JMJ was on BBC radio 2's Ken Bruce show this morning (9.30 - 12.00). By using the link http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/shows/bruce/ you can go to the website and choose the "Listen Again" feature under his banner, so remember to click on todays show (Thursday 15th). So far the whole show is not up so come back either later to day or tomorrow.

Jarre On the Elvis Question....

"Well thats Pissed me off"

Brilliant!!!

Good that his sense of Humour is better than his Music General Knowledge..Still not sure how they'd expect a french artist to know about UK Music history in general..Jarre was so comical...

It's a unusual thing for him to be doing, a quiz on the radio, but still fun to listen too.

For those who are not familiar with the other guest in that recording, Anita Dobson is a British actress who was made famous during the 80s after being one of the much loved charactors in one of the UKs big soaps 'Eastenders' (BBC). She is also married to 'Queen' guitarist Brian May

Anita better not have given her cold to JMJ. :P

I knew some of the answers to the quiz eg Sheila Easton, Kim Wilde and Everything But The Girl. JMJ was very good in the quiz after Oxygene 4 was played. 8) He sounded more relaxed and talkative. :clap2:

I wonder if he is still here in the UK and if there will be any other promotion for Oxygene 3D over here.

I knew some of the answers to the quiz eg Sheila Easton

You'd be on Par with JMJ and Anita Dobson then with your Pop Knowledge...

that would be "Sheena" to the rest of us..

That interview has to be one of the comical Highlights in Jarre's career...I bet he only thought he was coming in to talk about the Current Oxygene project...Shoot from the Hip Jarre with your Swear words. ...

I dare say that in the press in the next few days or coming weeks there will be some further JMJ Promo..Probably more than likely he'll be back on Radio 2(He's normally a guest on Steve Wrights show, when he's doing the rounds of UK press.normally pre recorded as well)or there will be some article in the Daily Mail, those seem to be the usual Haunts when He's promoting albums or Projects in the UK.I suspect its only really a Flying visit...

Or maybe he's checking out Possible Venues for concert locations in between appearances in the press?? 8)

I am proud to have my pop knowledge in common with JMJ. 8)
