Thought it would be nice to start a photo album here for anyone who wishes to post up pictures they have taken of basically anything non Jarre, such as wildlife, houses, tree's and nature, transport, towns and cities, buildings and structures, etc, etc.

Here's one I took yesterday of the ruins of a 12th century monistry in the histioric town of Dudley which is about 10 miles from where I live. Testing out the camera on my Nokia N95

Here are a couple more I took of the Memorial Park at the bottom of my street. This is a nice walk.

Hard to believe this little gem of a park is situated in the middle of a busy industrial town

Funny, the texture of the first pix of the second post made me think about the Polaroïd touch :D

Nice initiative Jon. :)
As there're folks here from different places of the world it could become like a journey in pictures, practically speaking. 8)

A beautiful lake, forest and sky. 8) You seem to catch the pic at the right moment, Velo. :D

Can we have a brief description where the pic was taken, please? That would make it easier to get to know the place or area. :fine:

It was a beautiful autumn day/afternoon so I took 3 shots with my tripod.
Then a bit of help of HDR processing technique adding the right punch to it. :pwned:
It is from where I live...in a lake. :fine:

Love that photo of the lake

I have a few more I took the other day of the memorial park, but as I'm not at home, I will have to post them up another time.
