Going to see Quantum of Solace at the cinema on Thursday. Is it as good as Casino Royale?

For Your Eyes Only, On Her Majesty's Secret Service, The Living Daylights and The Man With The Golden Gun are my favourite oldie Bonds, but Casino Royale with Daniel Craig is in a class of it's own.

James Bond is a legend. I have to say though, the best Bond for me is Sean Connery. 8)

EDIT: Just had a thought, JMJ would make a good James Bond. :punch: :p:

Imo the actor who played him the best was George Lazenby. :P

Yeah, Lazemby was that good, they never asked him back.

Casino Royale is a great Bond film, but Daniel Craig doesn't look like a real Bond. He looks too hillbilly-ish and melancholic IMO. Otherwise I never care much about that. There is a lot of things tha "defines" a real Bond theme.
My personal favourites must be (in a random order) Dr. No, The Man With The Golden Gun, The Living Daylights, License To Kill, Goldeneye, Tomorrow Never Dies.
Well pretty much all the newer ones, which are not real Ian Flemming stories (most of them). The others in the series are good as well and bigger classics, but I guess it's the action (and the women  ) that makes me choose the later films :P

Actually people was quite satisfied with him, but apparently he didn't want to continue himself, cos he thought there was no future in that role. :pwned:
