you know the 'in-doors' tour is 'on the cheap' because...

1. the laser harp is made out of laser pointers...
2. 'bontempi' is the top name on the stage...
3. the yamaha flute has been replaced with a kazoo...
4. dominique perrier, claude sammard and francis rimbert are all wearing a 'one man band' outfit... also eliminating any chance of miming...
5. the lighting has been replaced with dynamo torches...

(Please add.. we could have some real fun with this!)

I dunno... the UK dates have been regularly advertised in at least the paper we read (The Daily Mail). Not like a tiny little text-only ad either, there's a nice picture of Jarre in the background against all the date info.

7. The projected images are of a member of crew doing hand animals with a torch (oh look, a bunny wabbit)

8. The spectacular fireworks display is Francis, Dominic and Claude running back and forth across the stage with hand sparklers, in time to a Jarre solo track

The tour bus has been replaced by a four seater tandem.

The 5* hotel has been replaced by a tent and four sleeping bags.

12. The food consists on a daily basis:
Lunch - Packed lunch box e.g. x2 sandwiches and a piece of fruit.
Supper - Beans on toast.

16. When it's Jarre who becomes the ticket tote on the streets before the concert.

17. Jarre makes his own tv adverts for the concerts using a camcorder and Windows Movie Player

18. When the 'machine run' electronic percusion run at the start of IDRO is performed by an old bloke with spoons

19. When the whole of RV2 is performed by Jarre humming becuase he still cant remember the chords to play
