Jarrenet - the whole story

There seems to be quite some confusion about this subject. So i'll pass on the whole story about it. There's still people holding me responsible for the forum's closure.
First, there was jarre.net, a great website, but for some reason it had to be closed. At that time, I was quite active on the forum, and I decided to give it a go and make a continuation of the closed site. So I contacted Bart Koop, and at first he did not reply at all. Later on he would reply there was no way he would give up the domain name, and he registered the domain for another year (without using it). Childish if you ask me, but that's his problem. Luckily the forum continued existing, and after a while I got in contact with MiVo, and he told me the forum software needed an urgent update, for safety reasons. The software was quite a few updates behind, and there was a lot of danger for hacks etc. MiVo had tried to contact Bart Koop for a zillion times, but as usual, Bart didn't reply his mails, so MiVo decided to make himself admin, as he had access to the forum software, and take over the board, simply because otherwise he had to close the forum, as his server was in danger for viruses and hacks, etc. So MiVo took over the forum and made me a moderator. Then Bart went very mad and got himself back into the forum. Everything went quite fine, until MiVo found out about some dutch forum that was being sued because they didn't obey the dutch law concerning copyright issues. At the time, I had already written all the rules, and both Bart and MiVo decided to include a rule in the forum concerning copyright. From that point, posting copyrighted pictures, videos and mp3s was prohibited, I did all I could to avoid this rule, but I had no luck. Sadly, this rule killed the forums atmosphere. Also, I was receiving threatening emails and PMs, as I was held responsible for this atmosphere kill, probably because I was the most active user in there. That, and also because I didn't really support the forum's policy made me quit as a moderator. And a few days after that, the forum was closed, also Nico Noyau was banned as a moderator without any kind of warning. Really strange. I always had the intention to take the loose Jarrenet forum and include it in the Zoolook project, in stead of creating a new one. As usual, Bart did not reply his mail and it never happened. And later on, he gave MiVo -who has in fact as much to say about it as I did- permission to continue the forum if he wanted, just a few days after this forum went online.
So after all, this is what happened. See for yourself where I'm responsible for, but please quit emailing me and PMing me that all this mess is caused by me...
