Hey, guys!

I've asked myself very often and I couldn't come up with an answer: how do people get to meet Jarre before or after a concert? I mean, when I see pictures on Facebook many people shoot with Jarre, I also would really like to have a photo with him or maybe, if it's even possible, have a little talk with him. Because I'm going to his concert in November in Berlin, so I would like to know.

Anyone of you guys have experiences in that? Any possible recommendations or any advice?

They stalk him. Hide behind bins and then pounce on him when he's not looking

Or better yet, stalk him see where is private studio is and break in the place... When he finally starts recording knock him out, drag him to your home bind him, then take all gear also to your place and demand a live performance for you alone...

I won a meet & greet two times...

One in Amsterdam and one in Monaco.

Before or after a concerts there's useally a chance to meet the artist at the entrance (Stage entrance ofcourse )... I myself haven't met Jarre yet, as after the concerts in Rotterdam last year my stepdad wanted to go home ASAP as he was tired. But a couple of people afterwards did meet him at the Stage entrance

Also when it comes to big concerts like Monaco, be there a day before during rehearsels, just look at the picture's in that topic. Jarre, Rimbert en the rest were just walking around apparently

Okay, thanks a lot, but I thought there would some kind of security people standing around who don't let unauthorized people to the artist. And I don't think there would be a rehearsal in an indoor concert like in Berlin. Or are there always rehearsals? I've seen the rehearsal of Monaco, it was quite awesome, some people were clapping their hands after he finished Chrono 2 or 4...

For Monaco, you had to tag a picture, for Amsterdam you had to email the dutch forum. And then you had to be lucky enough to be drawn.

I've met him a couple of times and each time it was after a concert. Just wait by the stage door or where the tour vehicles are parked.

Just be brave and ask to meet Mr Jarre!!

Waiting outside stage doors is a good idea...especially in some of the smaller venues...or new cities he has never visited

Who shall I ask to meet him? And another question I would like to clarify: Does Jarre get ready for his next concert after he finishes one let's say in Berlin and do all that packing and other things, or is he aware of that people want to talk to him after a concert and maybe shoot a photo? So what I want to make sure is that he isn't busy after a concert and has some free time for his fans.

I've never got time to meet up with my "idols" after a concert... too busy getting away in my limousine.

Now we talking. Tour buses are just for punks and amateurs.

I tried to get a glimpse of them after the Stockholm concert 2009.
When I got outside through all the people there were locked gates a good 150 feet distance from the buses.
There were nobody to see there and it felt kinda silly standing there all by myself so I left.
So my tip would be to throw yourself after them as soon as they're leaving the stage.

Thanks, I'll try that, but you really sure that no security guards will prevent me to talk to him?
