I downloaded the files ages ago, not sure if it was on youtube originally, although who knows...
So what was your version taken from then? Could you show some snapshots of the actual video?
P.S. It's making of, not 'off'

wow! many thanks for the clips.
Ok, so the video is poor, it was filmed on 1986 era camcorder (possibly VHS NTSC format??) But you do get a fantastic sense of how mega this concert was though, the fireworks at the end of RV2 and RV4 where awesome!!
Was the radio broadcast piped through the PA at the event?? Does any one out there have a better quality copy of that broadcast?

Yes, I remember having a BIG discussion on the Spanish forum a few years ago, because I keep saying it's OF and not OFF, but most guys there say it's OFF. Oh, well...

I believe it was used as a cover for some pressings of the 12" Fourth Rendez-vous... Not sure though...

I have the 12" extended rendez vous 4 with the skyline cover and the image is different. Still a nice image.
isnt the RV4 skyline 12" quite rare now?

Yes it is. I think the black and white JMJ photo sleeve is rarer AFAIK.
BTW, I have the jarresantiago version of RDV Houston, and it's really excellent
