When listening to the start of the album for the first time, I was kind of put off by all the stolen samples - let alone the silly album name. For me, trying to copy someone by using derivative album titles names and steal samples from his music is something I really hate.
However, after a while, I began to realize that the author behind this isn't as bad a musician as I thought. Of course, sometimes the melodies and ideas are just variations of the original Jarre, but at other times, the album is full of extremely pleasant sounds and cool catchy tunes. Even though I downloaded the album from Mikejarrenot's SoundClick page only two days ago, I have listened to it for about 8 times now.
I'm also happy with the fact that it is short - it's always better to have a good short album than a 80-minute monolith with just two good tracks.
Thank you and keep up the good work, Mikejarrenot - and while retaining the mood and feel for music, avoid the Jarre samples - you don't need it
