I've uploaded the dvd version of the recording that I captured off a worn out VHS copy provided by darkwinter1979. There's a lot of color fading and the overall quality is degraded but it is in dvd format at least. I've actually managed to improve the video quite significantly which took 60 hours of processing time. Here are comparison videos (original is on the left).

It was filmed by Warrior team (guys who film all JMJ's concerts) and unfortunately, it's edited too (the description says -"edited for vhs, filmed on video8"), Oxygene 4 is cut, Calypso encore is cut (I added the ending from other recording), in -between songs silences are all cut too.

The original video8 tapes I bet contain the complete concert but after asking the guy from warrior, I was told those tapes haven't been digitised yet (don't know when they will be). Theirs would be the ultimate quality master source , but for the moment, a copy recording is the best I can offer.

Even now, there are higher quality versions circulating among fans but I don't have the money to buy it. Maybe somebody else does? I can give you contacts of the people who have it. For instance this version was obviously digitised from a better source but sadly got ravaged by youtube compression :

Here's also an english interview taken a few days after the concert, I'm surprised to know that Jean Michel took part in the editing of the tape. It was also provided by darkwinter1979 so all credits to him.

And finally I gave it a try and processed another camcorder from the database the same way. Has it got/gotten better or worse? You decide.

Sorry, just now found out it asks for registration , damn.

Can anyone suggest a better free file hosting without crazy file limits?

Well not everyone always visits this forum every day, or atleast I don't... But I have no idea where you can upload this without to many limitations. Since the Megauplaod fiasco everything has been rather tightly put :|

I'll put it up somewhere else if there's any interest... Although like I said, it's not the best copy.
