Does anyone have the South African blue vinyl promo single with Oxygene IV on it?

I am wondering if this is a real item, since, apart from one person, I don't know anyone who has it. Also, the label of the 'regular' 7" is this:

which is quite different from the "promo".

I bought it recently, maybe 2-3 years ago.
I have no idea if it 's genuine or not. I got it with the Polydor compagny sleeve as shown on the picture you posted above, but I guess that a sleeve can be imitated or exchanged...
What would help is to find out if there are other South African Polydor promo singles with a "PPS xxx" catalogue number, which is eventually the case for that one (from the same year):
