The UK channel BBC 4 have been showing 35 year anniversary editions of TOTP for the last few years. The programmes lag slightly behind the exact date, so this week they're showing the time Oxygene 4 entered the UK singles chart (at No. 22). A close up of the original rear sleeve JMJ portrait is used during the chart run down.
Later the host Noel Edmonds introduces JMJ and Oxygene 4 is played over the closing credits of the programme - JMJ does not appear.
I'm not aware if JMJ ever did appear on TOTP for Oxygene 4. Space's 'Magic Fly' was on and did indeed reach No. 2 later on (probably preventing JMJ from reaching any higher than No. 4).
The last repeat is late Sunday / Monday at 00.20 Hrs UK time.
For UK viewers - and those with ISP hiding software can see it on BBC's iPlayer.

Thanks Phil. I'll record the subsequent TOTP's, and compile them into a video file to upload to the database at a later date - sooo busy with work at the moment. I haven't even fully moved all my stuff from the house move yet ...

Just watching the 1/09/77 episode and JMJ has moved up to No.12 in the UK Top 30.

As I assume, I don't think JMJ appeared on TOTP for Oxygene Part 4. That's why I'm interested in watching these shows, apart from the nostalgia value. He was in the Top 30 for 7 weeks (at No. 4 for 4 weeks), so there is a few weeks left to see if indeed he did appear.

Update: It seems that the next two TOTP's presented by the late Jimmy Saville will not be shown as a direct result of the controversy embroiling the BBC about him .....
