It was a place where alot of different releases of albums, singles and stuff was posted including a picture of Jarre's work when he was still in the Dustbins if I'm not mistaken. To bad, don't the internet archives have a backup?

Edit: The Internet Archives still has it partially (note partially), it's from more then a year ago, but I believe the site hasn't been updated in much longer however:
