Interesting tidbits on "Heart of Noise Origin" and especially "Falling Down" as an imagined collaboration with Jarre's younger self in the current edition of German Mix Mag:

„The Heart of Noise (The Origin)“ und „Falling Down“ scheinen die einzigen Tracks auf „Electronica“ zu sein, für die Sie das Kollaborationskonzept der Veröffentlichung verlassen haben – in den Credits findet sich lediglich Ihr Name. Warum?

Interesting tidbits on "Heart of Noise Origin" and love especially "Falling Down" as to imagined collaboration with Jarre's younger self in the current edition of German Mix Mag: "The Heart of Noise (The Origin)" and "Falling Down" seem the only to be tracks on "Electronica", for which you have to leave the collaboration concept Posted - is found in the credits only your name. Why? "The Heart of Noise (The Origin)" was the first demo, which I wrote for this project and I thought it would be nice to finish the project by I illustrate where the idea for this piece of music its beginning had taken. As for "Falling Down": I loved each of the collaborations on "Electronica", and then I got the idea to do so, as I would cooperate with myself! So I imagined for this track, which sounds the young Jean-Michel would use today. I thought of some game arcades sounds of the first video games like Donkey Kong and Pac-Man. I also thought about some TV series from the 70s as Albator and Goldorak that were huge in France, came from this whole manga world and also used the first electronic Simmons drum sounds. I had all these things in mind when I produced the track, but the very idea of "Falling Down" grew out of a question I have asked myself again and again: Why do we always think when we go into space that we rising up? Space has (in the English original "space" - as opposed to "room"; editor's note author...) Fall no up and down, we could thus ascend, but we might as well down into the room.

For being on a collaboration album, that's a great idea for a track and it seems like a nice way of implementing the "old Jarre" with the "new Jarre".
I'm eager to hear how it sounds! :D
