Jean-Michel Jarre special guest at gala

In the category of pop music record of the year was the work "1976: A Space Odyssey" by Zbigniew Wodecki and team Mitch and Mitch Orchestra and Choir. JMJ took the opportunity at Fryderyki 2016 on 20 April 2016 in his speech about CISAC issues:

His entire speech dedicated musician considered the "godfather of music electronic" - Jean Michel Jarre - President of the Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers.
I stand here in front of the state as an artist, as a European, but also as president CISAC - Jarre began announcing that he will speak about the future of Polish artists, because in a few days are decisions that will have an influence on it.

We know that today the situation is - to put it mildly - delicate. It is a simple way to change that. This fee of blank media. The concept is simple: takes a very small percentage of any computer, tablet, smartphone, which will be sold. In no way will this affect the price, which is paid by the consumer will not have an explicit or to a single cent, no government. The money will feed into a fund that will support developers - said the French composer.

Jean Michel Jarre stressed that it is important to the future of the children who want to be in the future, musicians, singers and photographers, was secured. Poland is a country with a great history and phenomenal culture, if we want this identity continued to be strong, we must support it for future generations.
