Hi everyone, I'd like to know if american fans would be interested to freely input articles on my Jean Michel Jarre fanpage for this period of time between now and end of May… They would be closer to what is being told around his North American Tour and give me piece of advice on the existing content.

Hi jeanbatman,

I'm going to look around, but keep in mind that Jarre is not as ubiquitous in the media around here as he's been in Europe this past year... Also, most music magazines in the US actually come from the UK, so I don't expect much coverage about the US tour in those.

So that leaves us with local papers... I'll keep an eye on those in the Philadelphia area, and will keep you posted if I find something.

I plan to go to the show (if I can get tickets!) and might write a little article about it. If so I will send it to you (don't hold your breath though :-)

Speaking of articles in the US... Slightly off-topic but interesting nonetheless, a few days ago I stumbled upon this interview on a local radio station in Maine... It's from May 2016, so it's not new but hey, it's still pretty amazing that the DJ was able to chat with Jarre for 30 minutes over the phone...

Hi jeanbatman,

I saw an ad in a popular paper here, Philadelphia Weekly...

I scanned it - anyone know how to attach a picture to a post? I checked the BBCode page, but there is no "Add an attachment" on the form. Is is disabled?

This March 15-22 issue's cover is "The Music Issue: the artists, bands and concerts hitting the Philly music scene in 2017" and they mention many upcoming concerts: Deadmaus, U2, Santana, Bruno Mars, The Moody Blues... But no Jarre. This somewhat confirms my previous post.

I'll keep looking anyway. Maybe they'll mention something the week before the concert.

Cheers,
