From what I understand, it's nothing new.
First he talks about the Notre Dame concert.
Then he is asked about a good musical memory, so he talks about his mother, her jazz-club and his memory with Chet Baker putting him on the piano and playing for him.
Then he answers the question for writing instrumental music.
He name-drops Sparks, one of my favourite bands, at around 12:50 but I can't really understand why (my French is not that good). I think it's about their artrock style, because he mentions some of Christophe's tracks like Le Dernier des Bevilacqua which he calls "mini-operas". He also talks about Juvet, which helped him a lot with looking at how to work on music.
Then he talks a little about Oxygene, the concert in Saudi Arabia, GRM, electronic music and the way the French look at electronic music. The interviewer asks about Electronica 1 & 2, which he says was a mammoth enterprise which took him 5 years to complete.
Then he's asked about his father Maurice, after that the current COVID situation is discussed, where all music halls are closed.
He mentions new ways of doing concerts.
And that's it.
From my limited French, I get most of the answers are already known things. I skimmed through the whole video, so I missed a lot of details.
