Apparantly it's called Twelve Dreams Of The Sun and there wasn't any album released. So you're most likely talking about a bootleg (unofficial/illegal release) ;)

Around 2000, a CD appeared on the bootleg market entitled Age Of Silence by Jean Michael Jarre. This was in fact the album Heaven by Cosmic Baby, a german band. Them dumb russians however, selected tracks from this Age Of Silence album for their compilations... :D
