Fête de la Musique 2021

Fête de la musique: "We can't wait to share good vibes with you all", rejoices Jean-Michel Jarre

The musician will give a concert at the Elysee Palace which will be broadcast on Culturebox and on social networks.

Jean-Michel Jarre: This Music Festival is marked this year by the relaxation of health measures that were long awaited. We will be able to reinvest a lot of places of music and shows beyond the bars. A bit like for Heritage Days, to be able to play music in certain places in the Republic which, basically, belong to all of us.

You have been invited the President of the Republic. Are you honored?

I am indeed happy that the tenant of the Élysée invites us to make some noise in his courtyard and thus celebrate the electronic music which has suffered especially during this period. I was in charge of the programming of this concert which will be transgenerational and which will also testify to the diversity of styles of this music and also of the place of women in this music. 200 young holders of the Culture Pass will be able to attend the concerts while respecting the sanitary instructions. The musical program will be followed by young people who will in fact be seated upright with high seats. So, we get closer to the standing position. The concert will also be broadcast live on Culturebox from 8 p.m. and will also be relayed on social networks such as Tik Tok, YouTube, etc. It will therefore be accessible to all. Which was obviously important to us.

A Fête de la Musique without an improvised concert in the street, isn't that too frustrating?

Yes, but at the same time, we all know that we have to go gradually. What the minister announced is already progress over what we might have feared. This will still allow you to breathe, to make music. We are especially delighted to meet the public again and we can't wait to share good vibes with you all.

Can't wait to see/hear the (mini) concert. ;-)
Btw, I only see the livestream part of JMJ online but not the other artists.

Does anyone know if, when, and how the other parts also can be seen?
I for one would at least certainly like to see Cerrone as well.

P.S. I can only see the 1st post, the other ones are blocked by my browser, giving me the message: Cannot load Facebook SDK. Disable any adblocker or tracking protection and try again.
Is this info regarding the concert and only available via Facebook, or can this info also be found on other sites?
I did find out about the concert via https://www.loudersound.com/news/jean-m ... r-of-merit
