Netflix is now streaming Les Granges Brulees on Dutch Netflix, so it has Dutch subtitles. I don't know if it's in other countries too.

It is fairly easy to get on BluRay, but it's French release with no English subtitles so I would struggle a bit!

VLC and subtitles of physical media is a bit buggy though, but it does work a little.
