It's a 2 DVD-R set in a regular DVD case. While not pressed, this looks somewhat "professional", as a label is printed on the discs (same image on both discs). There's even a barcode on the sleeve: 1 2434794 68341.
Why they used a blackletter typeface for the titles is anyone's guess, but hey, who am I to judge the creativity of bootleggers?
The volume labels of the discs read VOL_20041127084731 and VOL_20041127064339, so that's a late 2004 "pressing".
As for the video itself, it's the M6 broadcast (M6 logo at top right). Sometimes the picture is the regular 4:3 ratio of the time, sometimes it's 16:9, as if portions were resized.
