Cool! I have a snippet which they showed on The Ou Cafe years ago, this is so much better! He also mentions Aor in the interview, nice.

There was a snippet of the interview in the Paroles Et Musique (2009) documentary. I will post the subtitles of that fragment:

59
00:06:46,920 --> 00:06:49,660
-We've just listened
to the music..

60
00:06:49,950 --> 00:06:53,980
..of J-M Jarre. What instrument
did you use to write this music ?

61
00:06:54,270 --> 00:06:58,300
-Basically, I've used
2 synthesizers, which are...

62
00:06:58,590 --> 00:07:03,480
...electronic music instruments,
some sort of organs, well, a bit
more complicated.

63
00:07:03,920 --> 00:07:07,800
I think that what is very important
is to manage to put order...

64
00:07:08,240 --> 00:07:12,990
...into this kind of sound so that it
is more striking to the
sensibility of people

65
00:07:13,280 --> 00:07:16,010
..that their spirit, in the end.
That's what I think.

Almost full interview here. Before it, they played a scene from Les Granges Brûlées with Jarre's soundtrack. I didn't realize at first that it was a part of the interview, because I don't speak french. Anyway, I could upload the movie fragment too if interested.
