Soft Cell's singer Marc Almond had a succesful solo career and had a string of hits. I love his version of Brel's Jacky. I saw him live in 2019, which I was happy to be at, he still had a great voice. The other half of the band, Dave Ball, had a huge hit in 1994 with Swamp Thing under the name the Grid. The Grid also remixed PSB's DJ Culture.

Yes for the Brel's version by Marc Almond, I appreciate. So finally I discover other mix of PSB with the Grid mix of DJ Culture which brings me to an album that I didn't know about "for boys, vol. 1" by PSB... Thanks

The extended mix is even better. Available on CD single soon, but also on the streaming services.

I love their remixes for other artists. It always ends up sounding like Pet Shop Boys but still respecting the original. And Neil usually puts his voice somewhere in the track. The best thing they've done I think was their remix for Bowie's Hallo Spaceboy where Neil cites Space Oddity. Goosebumps.

for my part a special "like" for this mix of Bowie's "Hallo Spaceboy", extended or single.
It reminds me of a carefree time... I had discovered this title on a video juke box in a coffee shop at the station, waiting for my beloved...

Funny, I remember the first time listening to that track too. I was doing some parttime work at an office and the radio was on. Then I heard Bowie's new song and I thought: "wow, Bowie really sounds like Pet Shop Boys now", right after that Neil's part comes up.

PSB are touring again, yesterday was their first concert.
Is it me or does Chris look a bit like early 2010-s JMJ in this photo?

Not to mention the CPLT-esque "stick" figures in the background

PSB are going to remix a track from Noel Gallagher's new album Council Skies. The track is called "Think Of A Number" and the remix is called Pet Shop Boys Magic Eye 12" Remix.

The proof that he does something on stage! Poor guy is a great player, but people still think he does nothing.
