You obviously can't hear it in the recording, but the new track was also in 360 audio, obviously.
As user 1906 told me, it does sound like Happiness is a Sad Song.
It's composed for this occasion, JMJ told the audience.

The few sound clips I've heard online from the weekend have a "live" sound to them. Quite different to the album. There is no doubt a baseline set of audio files that are playback, but is JMJ adding live effects over the top during the show? I can't imagine him standing there and miming the whole thing.

He did some effects. He had some odd devices on the right of him (for the viewer, for him it was on the left) which he used to generate sounds.

The rest of the performance was just like the album. No transitions or anything. He opened the concert with a speech, telling about the room, and he ended with one to thank all the people involved.

He quickly got off stage after the concerts, but some fans managed to get some items signed after the second concert, which was nice.

The lack of transitions is mind-boggling given that they were there during the original performance in January 2022.

For Ircam, temple of sound, follow the guide Jean-Michel Jarre

"The room is modular, in 20-40 seconds, you go from the acoustics of a church to that of a small recording studio": Jean-Michel Jarre, electro figure, guides AFP for the reopening of Ircam in Paris, an unknown temple of sound.
