Jean-Michel Jarre, artificial intelligence: how Jean-Michel Aulas wants to revolutionize the Festival of Lights in Lyon
This Thursday evening on the set of BFM-Lyon, the Coeur Lyonnais candidate explained that he wanted to return to a launch of the Fête des Lumières on December 8, no matter what day of the week it falls on.
And he also intends to entrust the event to one of the most famous Lyonnais internationally: Jean-Michel Jarre.

I went to lunch with him (Wednesday) in Paris to ask him if he would agree to become next year the artistic director of this magnificent December 8th party that we must take to the highest level," explained Jean-Michel Aulas.
Did the artist say yes? "We have an agreement," confirmed the former president of the OL, talluting his "conception of culture" which is "not static" "but evolutionary".
Jean-Michel Aulas then mentioned the proximity between Jean-Michel Jarre and China, as well as his appetite for artificial intelligence.

On the cultural front, after denouncing a loss of "excellence and grandeur" in the Festival of Lights, Jean-Michel Aulas maintains that he "envisioned something else." He has contacted Jean-Michel Jarre to offer him the position of artistic director of the event should he win, praising his "evolving vision of culture." He is also considering reviving the Festival of Lights on December 8th, the traditional date.
