Hi everyone. I hope you are all in good moods for some music.

I have expanded my DIY synth so now it has foot controller that allows me to play more bass when I run out of hands

This plus independent arpeggiators means I can play Equinoxe 5 totally live. No computers, no DAW, no sequencing.
Just my fingers, foot and arpeggiators (plus of course built-in Minipops emulator).
All sounds come directly from my DIY synth. NO external effects. Raw live performance footage (with mistakes )

Playing JMJ music live was my childhood dream ... I remember when I first heard Equinoxe LP it was just purely magical experience. Thanks to JMJ I had motivation to learn about electronics and how it all works. Thank you Jean-Michel for life long inspiration.

I'm jealous of young people. They have cheap hardware, there is Linux, raspberrry pi, teensy, arduino, instructables.com, all infornation on the Internet, and they ave time for hacking and tinkering. And synthesizers are popular! Much more fun than looksmaxing wih Andrew Tate on TikTok.

FWIW: I am not particularly young, I was a child when Equinoxe was released in 1978
That is true that nowadays hardware is cheap, but we "not the youngest ones" were lucky enough to witness and enjoy great music from JMJ, Vangelis, Mike Oldfield and many others, the day it was released. We had time to listen to entire LPs many many times without distraction from the Internet. Happy times.
