Does anyone know of any good music creation software for the pc (Windows XP),I've been creating covers on my Playstation using Music 2000,unfortunately there's only so much a playstation can do & they do sound quite bad, although I did a full version of Chronologie 2 which is about the best I've done.
I don't own a keyboard,I was just wondering if there was something of the same sort of format as music 2000 for the pc only much better.
Thanks. :D

Propellerheads Reason is good for quickly making music with your computer whit or without a keyboard. Hours of fun guaranted!!!, but when you want to make orchestras, or things like that, you should better think of sequence software like Cubase, Ableton Live, Logic (only mac.) etcetera.

A free demoversion of Reason: http://www.propellerheads.se/download/f ... 304_pc.zip

For my case, I use Synapse Orion Platinum with many gigabytes of VST and I can do many things.
I found a lot of free VST on the net, I'll make a big demo of them ASAP ;)

You can find a demo of Orion on its website ;)

I use energyXT, a modular interface that integrates a sequencer, some mixing tables, eq... It manages MIDI, ASIO, Audio, VST.
The licence is only 39€. Updates are often availables.

Thank you very much indeed.

I already have his version of Oxygene 4. I would like to hear something with a solo (solo like Calypso3 or Chrono4). I found rather difficult to make something sound pleasent on those parts.
