Wow, times goes by so fast at times. This year it is 29 years since Elvis died at 16th August on his toilette on second floor of his masion Graceland. Leaving that to be 30 years next year. Isn't it surprising that time can go so fast by?

I really love Elvis voice and his music, but I would not want his kind to be my husband if I can say that! I am perfectly happy to have Glenn instad.

And by the way, did you know that Elvis was so controversial that they showed him from the waist-up in the 1950ies. When thinking about how rappers and hiphoppers are today it is a crazy thought to think about!

His music leaves me absolutely neutral. :|

Allthough I like that football remix that was created some years ago. :)

I was like 13 years old when I saw him on TV once, and I was so stuck in his looks and at his moves, he was so sexy to me. And then I felt so sorry for his trouble with TV and that he had to be filmed from the waist-up. It got me just a few weeks and then I was a fanatic Elvis-fan who just could not get enough of him. I screamed at his moves and behaved just as you guessed it a teenage girl. And I who had so few friends in school actually survived the hard teenager years by listening to him and dreaming of going to Graceland and Memphis. I set up the date to be either in 2000 or 2002. 2000 because I was truning 18 that year and became an adult and 2002 because it was 25 years since he died. I chose 2000 and it was the dream come true. One of my true victories in my life. I was so happy and I was so in heaven. And ofcause it was Elvis-week loads of Elvis-impersonators, loads of fans, loads of crazy stuff to buy and loads of places to go.

Still when I hear his music I can really feel strongly for the song again. I still think he is one of the most handsome men in history. And I feel so sorry for his dramatic life that turned out to be such a tradic life indeed. And still I concider myself as an Elvis-fan. I will never truly leave his music.

I thought he died in the 50's or the 60's.

I don't like his music but I have it like that with all non-electronic music.

Listen to the song Way Down with Elvis, that one is electronical! In fact it was one of his last songs ever to become a hit in 1977!

I'm old enough to remember when he died. It was the topic of the day at school.
