When was about to find out the author of the blood bath music from the Blade movie I found out it was a remix of a track made by New Order. I like the original track Confusion by New Order or I think there are two versions of this track, one of them is more synthbased which is the one I like, but I never really got deeper into their music.

The 12" version of Blue Monday is a classic! Mine doesn't have the original B-Side, it's a very strange misprint as the B-Side is actually that of Joy Division's "Closer", another great album, so I could be sitting on a goldmine!

I managed to buy Power Corruption & Lies for £4 on vinyl today, looking forward to playing it. :wink:

I love New Order. Blue Monday, True Faith, Bizarre Love Triangle, 1963, Age Of Consent, Your Silent Face, Love Vigilantes, The Perfect Kiss, Touched By The Hand Of God, World In Motion...

I could go on forever :D

True Faith ... is a hymn.

When this april it was sung acapella in a BBC TV drama adaptation of the last hours of Christ
it was immensely moving.

NOrder are the daddies of electronc/pop/rock house music.
Even though in electronic terms one might consider them very basic.
They helped insipre a legion dance & pop of artists from 80's to now.

The band names ;
New Order (3rd Reich) and their preious incarnation of
Joy Division
(groups of women in the concentration camps who were forced for sex by German soldiers)
were used as a reminder and portest against Nazism & similar tyranny.

Early NEW ORDER was good, but in the late 80s it all changed and I went off them.
