Not as I am aware of... although, I did mention it on facebook not long after the tour was announced.. (the Jarre group that is)

I did realise at some point that there are some clear distinct disadvantages to arranging a fan meeting of sorts... with Manchester, there's the added fun that it's the biggest venue of the tour (so far) and with no word on any small fan meets, there's nothing to actually report... not unless of course anyone else planning on doing anything at any concert comes out of the woodwork and says something...

It's all a matter of if people want to or not... and if people want to meet up with people before any concert, which really, is a great thing - it all adds to the whole concert experience, is a great way of putting faces to forum messages and has been proved in the past, helps to reaffirm other friendships :D
It's good for first-timers to go to any possible planned fan-meets... be they big or small... :)

I dunno. I leave late here to catch the train and time might be against me for both the venues. :?

More often than not people want to but can't be bothered to organise something. A meeting at Wembley or Birmingham should be easy to organise. Actually Birmingham would be easier as there are loads of pubs/restuarants within 5 minutes walking distance of the venue.

Yes, I would really like to do this. But I get into Birmingham late and just want to hang out around the Venue. Just in case.

I'm planning to be at Wembley fairly early. Birmingham will have to be later as I'm taking someone with me and they don't finish work til 2 o'clock.

But don't forget, you are doing some magic in front of the venues before the concerts.
