Only Equinoxe 4 on FDM16003 (Equinoxe 4/5) is a remix.

My 12" of Magnetic Fields 2 sounds completely different to the album version - the mix is heavier more rverb etc.

Yeah, I got a 7" of that, it's the 'remix' version found on Rarities 6.

True, but only on the vinyl version. Oxygene 2 isn't a remix just edited. Oxygene 4, 6 and Equinoxe 3 are all edits of the single release. The CD has the full, unedited/unmixed versions of the tracks.

I have also the "cassette" version of "Music Aus Zeit Und Raum". There is a strange version of "Oxygene 2" on! You can hear the headrefrain 3 times and not 2 times as the original version. The 3rd time is after the refrain that cames after the 2nd headrefrain... very strange!!!

Greetzzz...

@Christophe: "refrain" is called chorus, I think. At least that term is more common... ;)

Hmmmm.... I think they originally sold for 50 euros, and given that they're not too rare, I think that remains a fair price... :)

Consider it as an exception... they should be worth at least 20€...
