At this point just about every other artist on the planet is releasing new AND old stuff far better than JMJ is ... or ever has, now that I think about it.
Come to think of it, Kraftwerk isn't actually doing much better on that front either at the moment. Of course, Der Katalog (2009) was beautifully and properly remastered and their album concert tours (2012 onwards) are just a delight for everyone involved (tho' JMJ did it first with Oxygene

). Even if technically only one original member of the band is left, but then again, it's the same situation with other old bands from the era like Deep Purple and whatnot.
But I've never ever understood why JMJ and/or his record companies are so reluctant to actually dish out proper releases these days, and if it's up to JMJ and his "perfectionism", well, that's just a damn shame.
