This book is a must read for everyone out there who just loves to go to McDonalds. It is the book that goes in the facts taht you didn't get in the movie "Super Size Me" and it is more then horrific to read this book then watch the movie. Because this book goes up close with what can happen if you eat this food.

As for a man: Your little fellow man in your pants can't stand up and you loose all the ability to perform in bed if you go on to eat this food for too long!

Don't go with the hype...
Coke is even worst for you...
Hidroginated fats are far more poisenous...
And don't eat sugar.

Meat is only bad cause of hormones.
Vegetals are not what they used to be.

That leaves alcohol which never degrades, fish and bread.
In other words, moderation and no fear.

I've been in Spain in a MacDonalds meat burguer factory and it's a prime example of higiene and total transparency - the thing is, the mayonese and such, where the hydro fats are at, I don't know where they come from...

Kind Regards,
AMR

When I watched Supersize Me, i wanted to go to McDonalds. I rarely eat McDonalds food, maybe one time a year so I actually don't care about what happens if I eat too much
But this book is probably usefull for alot of other people.

bread: too much fat and sugar. 3 slices of bread are equal to a mars bar...
The fat is added to prevent the bread getting old fast. Sugar is to speed up the baking process.

Tsk! Super Size Me; this guy eat nothing but McDonald's food for a whole month. Are we supposed to be surprised about how that turns out? Duh!

As with all things, a moderate consumption doesn't hurt anyone!

I enjoy a McDonald, Burger King or local burger-joint burger every now and then with great pleasure! And I can assure you that my little fellow ain't got no problems. :P

I'm a little more conserned about all the plastic we use as package to a lot of food that's in our stores. Some substances in the material can cause us cancer. :?

Because of that "little man in the pants" problem I don't exercise on my bicycle every day...
at least something to blame on some days if I feel lazy.
Well..."maybe" one problem in a world full of big problems.

I think it could be interesting to do a test in here to see how much pizza people eat, how often people take a coke or just how often people eat fast food, a simple place like this forum
