Hmm, are they similar to the (very Zoolook-sounding ones) at around 29m47s (or 32m13s), or the "burpy" ones mainly in the last 15 minutes or so of the track?

I wonder if anyone has ever tried to match those unedited WFC uploads to the videos from July 14th 1990 right before the PLD concert started. I mean, those videos probably don't have a full uninterrupted recording of the track for 75 minutes or so, but I guess that's where you could get the best comparisons from (maybe).

(Also, I don't think enough people give WFC credit w.r.t. being a Roland D-50 masterpiece, I think someone (AERO62, IIRC) found a lot of the WFC sounds from the Roland D-50 basic presets ;))

No, the voicebit seems one of a kind, very short and having two syllables.
After the voicebit the voice returns saying a slowed down ''Emotion''. These are not the ''burpy'' ones ( I know what sound you mean by that :)

Yeah. Um. Which link are you talking about ? I think there was one on yt and it contained a copy-pasted 15 minutes for sure. But perhaps it's not the same? Can you share the file ?

Also I think this might just be a vinyl version added to the CD. Vinyl version is slightly different/shortened .

Listen for instance to the portion at 62'00 - 62'20. This contains some faint sounds that sound like distant shots, ending with a short radio-like voicebit.
If that would be a copied part, where in the original 46 minutes can you hear that back?
You can hear that sequence at 16:40 mark on the vinyl version of WFC.

I believe I have found real fragments that didn't make the cut to WFC. Coming up later today.

Unless I'm imagining it I hear something new in those first 16 minutes. Maybe at about 12 minute mark. All this time the files have been right under our noses in the FTP database folders...

I guess one idea could be to use a vocal remover AI thing like this one https://vocalremover.org on one of the hours-long pre-concert PLD videos (or just listening to WFC in those videos really carefully, ignoring the audience/city noises) and see if anything "new" turns up ;)

But the link above already has something new. Check after the 12 minute mark.

If you're referring to the preparation video that's about 3 hours long, I've listened to it a lot and it's just got some echoes there... Maybe I should relisten or reupload it again.
