I bought the paperback print copy for the bookshelf and also the Kindle version. Kindle devices have a translate function and I could select 4-5 pages of text at a time and then translate French to English. Worked really well. Was a bit fiddly reading it that way but it worked! I enjoyed it.

However, I didn't learn as much new stuff as I'd hoped I would. No big revelations about his composition processes or his studios over the years. Most disappointingly, no significant behind the scenes details from China, Houston, Docklands or La Défense. And although it was good to bring "his story" right up to date, it felt odd that the Green Concert in Saudi Arabia got a whole chapter.

Just as I suspected. A bit sad that some secrets will die with the creator.

I think we can calmly forget we'll ever see the translated edition.

Unfortunately, same goes to E 3.

Yeah, at this point, I have no more hope... Much like Eon for Android and E3...

In the live stream, Jarre says the English version will be released in 2025 or in 2026, but he wants to add new chapters.

It seems there is also hope for the German version of it. As I was told, a German translation already exists.
