DR channel: 3.43 dB --- 3.52 dB
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Official DR Value: DR3
Reprise:
                 Left Right

Often times it takes others to show us our true worth.

JmJ possibly I think went through perhaps two decades of wondering after all the things he had done to bring Electronic Music to the Masses Worldwide (more than any other musican), that he wasn't appreciated nor valued.

Electronica project made JmJ realise the highest esteem he is held by other Electronic musicians.

If we look at Electronica Hans Zimmer video with JmJ, Hans is like a puppy looking up with awe adoration to his Yoda.

Eno remixing is Eno's tribute and honouring JmJ, as is Martin Gore tribute and honouring JmJ.

So different than the 90s where Slam was quoted to dislike Chronologie 6 so they made a totally different track (although that might also be a 90s music journalist making things up)

What surprises me is that the JMJ official website (which now has a countdown timer to the album :-)) only mentions a binaural version as download, not a 5.1 version. I liked that with Amazonia, but Oxymore doesn't seem to have one.
[edit] Although I see Brutalism has a Dolby Atmos mix on Apple Music.

Dolby Atmos is absolutely terrific, really curious how the mix handles all channels.

I guess ultimately JMJ probably feels satisfied when a track/album is finished with all the sounds et al that he wants in it (so that the music itself meets his standards*), but as far as the mastering goes it's whatever for him after that. :P

Signed up. Knowing my luck, it'll probably be nothing. The Berlin link doesn't work for me though...

In the mail it also states:
"OXYMORE is out October 21st in 5.1 stereo, binaural, dolby atmos and on CD&Vinyl with a code to access the HQ spatial audio version."

So... 5.1 and Atmos are sold seperately?
