Well - I heard other things about the style of his album. But a while ago, Francis said he didn't have permission to give anymore details, and I'm sure Claude wouldn't give any details either - so I wonder where this information comes from.

Funny... A good friend of mine, a danish electronic musician, told me about 2 month ago that one of his friends (a foreign friend who appearently have some kind of connection to Jarre) have said, that the new Jarre-album would be some kind of a "trance album"!??

I remember thinking to myself: Yeah, riiiight.... (Not that Jarre wouldn´t or couldn´t do this), but I just thought that it would be some kind of a "orchestral" thing!?? With lots of synths involved of course!

But you never know.... and that´s the good thing with Jarre.... :D

Because it is his records company !

In fact, some say it will be orchestral, some other say it will be rock, some other say it will be techno/trance, some other say it will be Zoolook 2 styled, so in fact, nothing is sure, or maybe it will be all that in one CD, or maybe entirely an other thing...
We have 2 months to wait, it is not too much I think ;)

If this is true, it may be that album that was to be released after Sessions 2000... :?

Hmmm, well, I can't assure you it's not true, but if I would, it would mean a declaration of war towards my (very reliable) source.

In short: very unlikely to be true.

It has allways been difficult to classify Jean Michel into any specific music style so I guess all you have to do is keep an open mind and prepare yourself for it this time aswell.

We will hear it this autumn. The only I know is that it will be rocky with vocals and samples as rythmtracks, with some orchestral tracks.
