as mentioned in another thread, I am looking for highres pictures of the following bootlegs:

"Music For Supermarkets" LP
"La Cage" 7Inch single

I was told that both of them exist, plus the "La Cage" single was pressed on red vinyl. So if anyone of you has got one of there records, please get in touch so we can discuss the picture-taking details.

Thanks alot

edit: what I seem to have forgotten: not only the front and back sleeve pictures are interesting for me, but also (especially) the label pictures as well

as most of those "twilight-zone style" releases, I don't really know if they really exist: I was only told. But: Why unlikely? ;-)

There was one advertised in Record Collector years ago. I sent off for it and when it came it was just a poor cassette copy. Suppose that's how rumours start; anyone else seeing the advert might be fooled into thinking a vinyl copy did exist and then they pass on the information as fact.

Clubmix... I think he misunderstood you. That is the real deal, not a bootleg!

There's enough MfS CD-bootlegs, but I don't know about a LP bootleg. They are in my eyes more rare than the original :?

And probably worse quality, if it's just a radio broadcast. I guess it's almost impossible to make a decent homemade record at that time. I still think it is. I don't trust those Vestax vinyl cutters.

:) Yes, it's more noise than music...
