No, it's a promotional release, and it's very very rare. This picture popped up only just recently.

3M maybe made the LD by itself, as Philips, Verbatim and other make DVDs nowadays ;)

Sorry if it's been up in another thread but do we know anything about that LD except that it excists? Is it the same tracks as the VHS?
