Times like these body language really comes in quite handy and lucked enough there was also a swedish guy to fill in the talk if we really went dead stuck in some words. Somehow though things're moving on in the right direction. 
I think maybe it could be an accential dilemma. Here in the north of Sweden many ppl finds it easier to understand norwegian but perhaps danish is easier to grasp for ppl from the south of Sweden. Probably because Skåne and that part of Sweden was Danish, or because it is almost captured by stupid danes who think they don't have to pay all the taxes by living in Sweden. I guess the worst part in understanding danish or the other way around, is the accent.
