GeeJee, I completely agree!
I think it's great that Jarre released albums the typical 'fan' didn't expect and not all liked (I actually like many albums by an artist that are not considered popular--just makes them more of a rare find IMHO).
I listened to Sessions 2000 last night and I thought that this is so much better than 99% of some of the other stuff out there now. Same with GOL. Really mellow stuff. So different than typical Jarre which is refreshing.
Also, I for one love Metamorphoses and think it will be viewed better years from now. I know everyone wants another Equinoxe or Chronologie. There si only one of those albums and they belong in a certain time and space. I hope Jarre keeps his experimental spirit and comes up with something we can't predict!
